As Çankaya Bilişim Ltd. Şti. ("Çankaya Bilişim" or the "Company"), we act in full compliance with the legislation in force, first and foremost Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), and we are committed to protecting the security of your personal data at the highest level. This Disclosure Notice has been prepared by our Company, in its capacity as data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of the KVKK and the relevant regulations of the Personal Data Protection Board.

• Creating a membership account, login processes, and ensuring account security,
• Receiving, tracking and finalizing service requests, and retaining request history,
• Establishing and performing hardware procurement, purchasing consultancy, and on-site technical service contracts,
• Preparing quotations, conducting contract processes, invoicing and payment transactions,
• Responding to requests received via the contact form and scheduling meeting requests,
• Improving business processes and fulfilling the requirements of quality and information security standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, etc.),
• Fulfilling legal obligations (tax, accounting, official authority notifications, etc.) and following up on legal disputes.

Your personal data, limited to the realization of the purposes listed above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, may be transferred to:

• Competent public authorities and institutions (for the fulfillment of legal obligations),
• Our business partners, suppliers, and service providers established domestically (for limited purposes such as logistics, technical service, and accounting),
• Our attorneys and the competent courts in the event of a legal dispute

Your personal data is not transferred abroad unless you have given your explicit consent.

Your personal data is collected through the forms you fill out on our website, the phone calls you make, the emails you send, and contract processes. Your data is retained for as long as required by the purposes of processing, taking into account the statute-of-limitations periods prescribed by the relevant legislation; at the end of this period, it is securely erased, destroyed, or anonymized.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, with respect to the processing of your personal data, you always have the right to:

1. Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
2. Request information regarding the processing, if any,
3. Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
4. Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
5. Request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
6. Request the erasure or destruction of the data within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK,
7. Request that correction/erasure actions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
8. Object to the occurrence of a result against you through the analysis of the data exclusively through automated systems,
9. Request the compensation of any damage you suffer due to unlawful processing

You have the rights listed above.

You may submit your requests regarding the rights listed above, together with information verifying your identity, by sending an email to [email protected] or in writing to Maslak Mahallesi, Teknoloji Cad. No:12 Kat:4, Sarıyer / Istanbul. Depending on its nature, your request will be concluded within no later than 30 (thirty) days and you will be notified free of charge.
